Amazing company to deal with love my new mini

Don was such a lovely man. I met him to take my countryman mini for a test drive. He explained all the different features in so much detail and nothing was too much trouble. Always very prompt at responding if you needed to ask him anything. He even drove it to my house which was at least over an hour away free of charge! Absolutely thrilled with my Peugeot 2008 Allure Puretech

Absolutely thrilled with my 2020 Peugeot 2008 Allure Puretech bought from Stormont Motor Company. Don was so very helpful, knowledgeable, informative and patient. He took into account my budget and needs for a vehicle that is a reliable, comfortable, family car for long journeys. I have very limited knowledge of cars, and he gave me a wealth of information to suit all my needs - the end result is a fabulous, low mileage, silver Peugeot 2008 which is so sleek in design, comfortable and drives like a dream, plus it is immaculate inside and out. Don confirmed that it’s even Euro 6 status of which I had limited knowledge, but this is super handy to help me avoid charges in low emission areas like London ULEZ. Don definitely ticked all the boxes and made the whole process seamless for me, even delivering the car to my door! I will never visit a main dealership again. Don is so polite and goes over and above to make the whole transaction a pleasant, easy experience, well within my budget. Super car, which I am proud to drive and display on my driveway, that is the envy of my family and friends. I highly recommend this company.

Great service - nothing was too much trouble

Great service!! Nothing was too much trouble. Don was exceptionally helpful and answered all our questions. Not too pushy either just informative. The car was exactly as advertised and so far we are extremely pleased with it. Would definitely recommend this company and would buy again off them.

Incredible Garage - especially Don.

Don was absolutely brilliant. I’ve had so many issues looking for a car and finally found one at his garage. He promptly replied to our message and got us booked in for a test drive. When we were there he made sure all conversation was directed at me (rather than my dad, I am 25 Female.) It was so nice to be spoken to properly and not talked over or down too when discussing the car - which I’ve experienced previously. I’d recommend this garage, especially Don, to anyone. Fantastic service and I absolutely love my car, she’s called Kiki now ?

No pressure sales

Don was incredibly helpful. He took several calls to answer all my questions in detail and then brought the car to me for a viewing and test drive. He was very clear that this was “no obligation “. In the end we did buy the car as it was a great car at a great price.

Car purchase

When we first checked on the Internet we were a bit concerned about the premises but on arrival Don gave us an excellent demonstration and test drive, sharing excellent knowledge of the vehicle. Having the vehicle delivered by Don and paying balance on delivery was a huge benefit. I would have no concerns going to him again.

Excellent service and lovely car. Don went above and beyond to get the car serviced and MOT’d as quickly as possible and deliver it to us as we were without a vehicle with lots of hospital appointments coming up which we needed to get to. There was Just a small issue with the log book which was a bit disappointing and prevented us from being able to tax our vehicle straight away, which was caused by the previous owner removing the green new keeper slip. This is the only thing that let the service down.

Due to living miles away we sent our son to view the car on our behalf. We joined via FaceTime. Don gave a thorough run through of the car and then insisted on a long test drive. The whole process was professional and made easy.

Dons a nice guy full of useful knowledge and information was very responsive to all enquiries and had a really good long test drive of the car. He really takes pride in his business. Only knocked one star due to not being told about the stocking finance attached to the car but was resolved eventually and Don did do what he could to resolve the issue. The beautiful car really pleased with my purchase and I would definitely buy from Don again.

A Highly Positive Expereince.

After finding a vehicle on Auto Trader that fitted the bill, I approached The Storemont Company sellers of the car. I spoke to a gentleman named Don, with whom I had several interactions, over the space of a few days. After closing our deal, he kindly drove the vehicle down from Braintree Essex all the way to St Austell in Cornwall, some 300 miles plus. Don made the vehicle purchase and part exchange, a painless experience, and was very gracious throughout our transaction. So I can say my experience to date, of Stormont rates their five stars. Not forgetting, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Very helpful. Held the car until I could come and see car ( drove 95 miles) Wasn’t pushy for a sale. Let me look over in my own time. Had a decent test drive (about 30mins) to check everything out. Very fair dealer.

Excellent Customer Service

Travelled from Northern Ireland, Don met us @ Stansted Airport with the car we were looking to purchase. Car was as described on Autotrader and by Don via telephone conversation. Don was a true gentleman and very professional in all areas.

Good old-fashioned service

Needed a car at short notice. Don delivered to my home address for the test drive and made sure the car was ready for delivery in under a week later. A couple of small issues, that were sorted within a few days (had to wait for spares to be delivered). Each time car was delivered back to my home address.
